the American Heartland Difference
Tom Watts – the “boss” has hands on construction experience (and lots of it) in almost every phase of the building process. He spent several years as a trim carpenter which might explain his commitment to excellence in the finished product! You won’t find him just sitting in the office … he is on the job, interacting with each subcontractor team to ensure that the job is done and done right! His wealth of experience and knowledge is a valuable asset to every client and his reputation is without question. Ask around!
Matt Watts – the “kid” is not really a kid anymore. Matt, Tom’s son, is gaining that “hands on” experience and is our project site manager. That means he is not only on the job site but he is either taking care of or making sure the “little” things get done and get done right (sound familiar?) on your project.
Richard Watts – the “brother” is the guy who makes sure the “I’s” are dotted and the “T’s” are crossed. He handles the business operations side of the business which means, all of the contracts, reports, invoices, payments, banking, insurance, pricing with vendors and subcontractors. That means he IS in the office most of the time but you will find him at your job site making sure what was billed was actually delivered and used or installed.
NAHB – National Association of Home Builders is an organization that we are proud to be members of. We believe that our membership shows our commitment to a very high standard of building and professionalism that you deserve in a builder. We are active in the Greater Tulsa Association and the local Owasso chapter. Both Tom & Richard have served as president of the Owasso Chapter and have been involved in several committees. We also take advantage of the great continuing education and training offered by the Association.
Bottom line – we’ve got “it” and “you” covered and we think we do it better than anyone else! Contrary to popular opinion … it does not “cost” more to go with the best!
